CIBERIDEA CIEC ETHOS FIP IDEA IMT LECC MJAE NEPCOM N-IMAGEM PEIC ETHOS RESEARCH GROUP ON COMMUNICATION, BEHAVIOR, AND BODY STRATEGIES The research center ETHOS - Communication, Behavior and Body Strategies - created at the School of Communication of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 1996 by teachers Nízia Villaça, Ester Kosovski and Frederico de Goes, constitutes a place of reflection on the Body and its strategies in the contemporary scenario spectacularized by the accelerated multiplication of images and virtualized by the advance of technoscience. The central interest of the questions is to think about the redemarketing of the domestic and public spaces, the processes of subjectivation, the consumption practices and cultural identity, the social solidarity bonds that are invented and configured in the daily life, through a look built in the limits of the communicational field With subjects such as Ethics, Philosophy, Aesthetics, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology and Social Communication. For further informations, click here.
